I have been playing softball for as long as I can remember, I wouldn't be the person I am without it. Softball gives me most of my values like respect, hard work, communication, punctuality, friendship, and most of my social skills. Through softball, I have learned so many amazing things, like how you can make friends with complete strangers, that you don't have to be tied to where you live, you can "expand your horizons" and meet new people, and that you don't have to be nervous when meeting new people. I love to learn new things, so I always take in as much information as I can especially in softball and apply it on the field and off. My goal is to find a good college that fits me academically and sport wise, to me that means the college I go to has to have a good academic program along with a good softball program. I would like to graduate college with not just a degree, but with the mind set of knowing I have a career.
