My dream is to pitch at the collegiate level. I practice frequently, and aspire to be a player and student that works hard at everything she puts her mind to. Pitching has been my passion for as long as I can remember, it is all I think about. I've gone through several pairs of sneakers, bruised plenty of catcher's thumbs, and hit myself in the thigh plenty of times. Pitching is more than a hobby to me, it's a love for an extraordinary game played with amazing people.
I have good leadership abilities on and off the field, I try to lead with my actions and be very encouraging. I am currently a student at Carmel High School, in honors classes, with a 3.9 GPA. On the field, I am able to move the ball up, down, in, and out. My goal is to to maximize my spin and speed in the next three years. I am open to all levels of competition, and ultimately want to find a college that is a good fit for me, while still competing at the highest level possible. I continue to improve in academics as well as pitching.
I know that playing in college is a lot of hard work and dedication, but it is my dream. The truth is, working hard for something you don't love is called hard work, but putting work into something that you love is called passion. That is what this game is to me, my passion. I want very much to play collegiate ball.
