Miranda Dunn '19 Recruiting Profile

As an athlete, I have been so engaged in all sports my whole life; not just softball. I love to get fired up after a big hit, big strike out, or a big play. Not only am I a pitcher, but I can swing for the fences also. Not only do I hit home runs, but I also hit big hits when needed. I believe in shortening up and getting the RBI my team needs me to. Whether that is a bunt or a sacrifice fly. I truly play from my heart. Furthermore, many coaches will confirm that I have a very high IQ for softball.  I am always telling my teammates where to go with the ball and being that positive leader a team always needs. During breaks in between games, I'm known to study my competition and report that back to my coaches and teammates.  You may hear me cheering my team on from blocks away, literally.  My goals are simple; to not only be successful in the season, but post season also. I would love to help my team go to the world series not only defensively, but offensively too.
