Lilianna Blower (Lala) '23 Recruiting Profile

With my first year of high school softball being cancelled due to COVID, a lot was put on hold until my sophomore year and I can say confidently that it was a whole lot different than travel. New types of pressure, new girls, and bonding quickly before the season begins brings some overwhelming emotions, but at the same time it was the greatest time of my sophomore year! The energy in the dugout and on the field was so ELECTRIFYING and fun. Not only throughout the entire season, but as we made it through sectionals, regionals, and into the second round of semi-state. I want and will carry that type of energy with me wherever I go and make the game of softball fun for everyone! 

As a runner for most of my sophomore season, I did what was needed for the team to be successful and hopefully get them closer to winning! I’m a team player no matter how big or small my role is and will always put the TEAM first. 

When I am not playing softball, I like to use my creativity and imagination through art and literature.  I occasionally will write short stories and pencil drawings.  I always want to better myself, so I often seek to take more specialty classes to enhance, challenge and drive my inner soul.  

The thought of pursing my dream job sounds incredible and I’m very determined to make sure I get there. I look forward to hearing from you and seeing where my future will lead me!
