Through this I have grown to now love and have strong competitive passion for this game.
Character / Playing Style and Position:
I lead by example, and will provide any team for which I participate consistent defensive performance at a very high level. My primary position is 2B, and secondary is LF. I, however, have played every fielding position except pitcher, so I am willing to play wherever my coach think my skills can best help our team perform at a high level.
Playing Accomplishments/Awards:
I have been an all star, all region selectee, and varsity starter for each high school year I have participated.
Future Goals:
My goals are to play Division 1 or 2 College Softball, and then if the opportunity presents itself, to play professional fast-pitch softball. If not a career in Sports Management, Telecommunications, or Coaching....
University I would like to attend and Major Information:
I would like to attend a University with both a competitive Softball program, and has a Sports or Business Management, or Computer Information Systems Degree Fields of Study in undergraduate, and/or Graduate Programs. My preference would be universities located in South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, or Tennessee.
Personal Playing Preference and Participation Description:
I have been a major contributor within any team sport for which I've participated, and would enjoy playing in a system that will allow me to do the same throughout my college career. I also look forward to earning my college degree, with sound academic focus, to allow for me to be successful in both my athletic and educational aspects of life.
Other Sports I've Participated In:
I've also been a starter for our Varsity Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, and Track and Field teams since my freshmen high school year.
Extra Curricular/Volunteer Activities:
I have also volunteered with many local food drives, youth athletic, and academic extracurricular programs with in our community, at our local school, and I served as the head umpire for our Little League Baseball/Softball Divisions in Doha, Qatar overseas. I am directly responsible for the training scheduling, payment, and final game rulings for any disputes, of which I enjoy the responsibility.
