Bailey Dillon '24 Recruiting Profile

Right as I stepped on that field I knew it was what I wanted to do with my life. I knew that on that field all my worries went away, and I had 10 girls that had my back no matter what. Over the years I have grown as a player mentally and physically.

I’ve grown up playing sports all my life. Basketball, Volleyball, and track are also some sports that I do. I enjoy everything and put 100% effort in. This goes for my academics too. I am very dedicated and will always give my best. I also consider myself a leader and will help my team with anything. If it means I have to play a certain position or do something at bat, I will. Even if a teammate needs to talk about something personal, I’m always there to help. I look forward to playing on weekends and being with my team.
