I consider myself a very determined person, whether it is in the classroom or on the field.  I put 100 percent into everything I do, and I push myself to grow as a person.  I devote myself to the activities I do or the people I help.  I would describe myself as outgoing and an all around person.  Playing softball since I was five years old, has really shown me life lessons that I will always keep; time management, goal setting, teamwork, & commitment.  What makes me different to all of the other softball players is that I am a committed leader that never gives up on anything or anyone.  I put my all into helping other people grow as an player or as a person.  I do my very best to be the best person I can be, on and off of the field.  Being a sophomore in high school, this is going to be my second year starting Varsity.  Freshman year, I was starting first baseman, second line pitcher, and third hitter until I broke my finger and was out the rest of the season.  This coming year, I will be starting pitcher and third hitter in the line up.  For my travel team, the Lady Maverick's, I will be starting pitcher and second string first baseman.  Last year I played on a Junior League based out of my hometown, and we made it to regionals in Orange, Connecticut.  I really enjoy playing first base and being a pitcher, but I can play any position my team needs me to!
