2023 Highlights Personal Statement
My name is Addison Wright. I am a 2026 graduate pitcher from Maryland. I play for Lady Renegades 18u out of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. I currently attend Saint Maria Goretti Catholic High School. My primary position is pitcher and my secondary position is first base, while also including that I play both corners. My current bat speed is 59mph.
I have been playing softball since the age of 4 and started travel ball at the age of 10. I want to play college softball and get a good education to become a better person and a better athlete. I want to major in a career in psychology because I like to help people. I know the struggles people go through and I want to help others overcome them.
Outside of games and practices for softball, I like to enjoy my time with my family and friends. I also like to dedicate as much time as possible to individual training.
