Vittoria Cuscia '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Vittoria Cuscia and I am in the class of '25 at Foxborough High School. The Spring of 2022 will be my first season playing high school softball.  I started playing softball when I was in kindergarten, and my love for playing has grown since. I currently play 18U Showcase for Coach Carol Savino at Mass Drifters in Taunton, Mass.

Softball has become my passion and it is what I love to do. My favorite days of the week are Mondays for hitting lessons, Wednesdays for pitching lessons, Saturdays for team practices and Sundays for dome games!

Softball has shown me that it’s not just about playing and learning skills, but also about having fun, making friends, being a good teammate and trying to be a better person.  I love being a pitcher and I understand that pitching requires a very high commitment to improve. Pitching has also taught me important lessons of being strong physically, mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually. When I am on the mound, I always stay positive no matter what situation I’m in because my teammates are relying on me to perform at a high level.  I am always smiling while I play so that everyone can see how much I really enjoy being out there.

My dream is to play softball in college and maybe one day play in the College Softball World Series!
