College was something I've always wanted to do. When I was introduced to softball at the collegiate level it was the perfect opportunity to combine the two things I wanted in my future, college and softball. My collegiate goals are to win a championship with a softball team and to maintain high academic grades. Academics are a priority for me because we as student athletes wouldn't be where we are without academics. I think I have many differences to other recruits. As a character I have been described as someone with a great sense of humor. Softball is a sport where we should all be able to have fun and laugh, I love being able to have fun with my teammates because I feel it allows for a stronger bond. Athletically I definitely think my height plays a big role. I am very tall and being a first baseman it allows for my teammates to make shorter, more accurate throws because I am able to extend my arms out. Finally academically, I have been a honor roll student all of my high school years so far so I feel I am reliable when it comes to academics and it won't interfere with me playing softball.
