Hannah Snell '19 Recruiting Profile

I am a strong defensive player with a strong throwing arm with 41 putouts and 61 assists.   I use my speed to be an aggressive baserunner having 13 stolen bases last season.  I have played third base the past three seasons.  I increase my batting average this year and had four home runs.  I have been working with a batting coach to add slapping to by batting skills.  During my eighth grade year, I played second base on the varsity team.  I have played summer league beginning in second grade through 8th grade.  During these years, my coach had us play every position on the field (every infield position, outfield, catcher, and pitcher) I earned all-section team honors.

I am involved in FFA, 4-H, student council and class officer.  I volunteer at our church when needing to set the dining area for special occasions.  During the summer, I show sheep at the county and state level.  I enjoy babysitting for our neighbors.  I also assist my aunt in decorating reception areas for weddings.  I also help out on my families farm.  Academically I have a grade point average of 3.9.  I work in a summer rec program coaching t-ball and little league.
