Alexis Burks '18 Recruiting Profile

I am currently a junior at a private college preparatory school, Columbia Independent School (CIS), but I play softball at Rock Bridge High School. I am able to do this through a co-op with MSHSAA, this allows me to play sports my school does not offer at another local high school. I have been playing softball for about 9 years now, and I can't think of anything else I would rather be doing. I have a strong knowledge about the game, but my passion and love for the softball is even stronger. I want to play at the collegiate level, and I am doing all the work to get me there, including: working out 3 times a week, practicing 3 times a week, taking ACT prep courses, attending camps/showcases/tournaments and working while going to school. I believe that I am a good leader both on and off the field, and loo forward to sharing my skills with your team. Thank you for your time and interest.
