Personal Statement
I would like to start off by thanking you for taking the time to view my profile.
Softball isn’t just a game to me, it is my life. I have been playing softball for 10 years and have played competitively for 9 years. I am a dedicated catcher and middle infielder but am able to also play a lot of outfield as well. Being a catcher, I take pride in being able to know how to play every position on the field. (I dabbled in pitching but was not my calling). Thanks to the help of my coaches, this last year I have gotten the opportunity to make pitching calls behind the plate. I have also got to play more centerfield, left field, and 1st base to show how much of a diverse player I am. I have exceled this year in all positions that I have played. I push myself to be my best and enjoy learning every day about the sport I absolutely love.
I have learned to be a great leader. I cheer on everyone and try to encourage everyone to do their best. Learning from mistakes and growing as a team to lift each other up, is something that we continue to grow , learn and conquer every practice and game.
