Lindsey Dobbs '20 Recruiting Profile

I am a well rounded student athlete, excelling in Softball and Music, but especially in my education. My future softball goal is to play at the collegiate level, and ultimately my dream is to play at the Olympic level. I have been playing the sport I absolutely love for 6 + years, and feel that I can compete at a very competitive level. Thanks to the support of my teammates and family, I have developed a work ethic that I believe is needed  to succeed both academically and athletically. In the classroom, I maintain a 98+ (4.0) avg and elect to take advanced and AP courses. I continue to stay on this track moving forward as I prepare for college in the field of Biology. On the field, I put 120% into my game. I work very hard looking into new methods and training tools to assist with my craft. There is never an off-season, and I strive to work as much as I can. Pitching is my primary, and shortstop is my secondary position, but will play any position asked of me to play. I know I have many years of hard work ahead of me and am committed to striving to be the best I can be, both on the field and in the classroom.
