Isabella Scolaro '21 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals are to find a college that is both academically and athletically challenging and rewarding.  The school doesn't need to be close to home, but it does have to feel like a close knit community.   I take a lot pride in my performance on the field and challenge myself by taking a difficult course load in the classroom.  I realize that selecting a college is a long term decision and not just a 4 year decision.  On the field, I'm a team player and will do whatever is best for the team.  I am dedicated to getting better both physically, academically, and on the field.   I'm very proud of the 2017 and 2018 Junior League softball teams that I pitched for that won back to back NY state championships.   Our 2018 team ended up within 1 game of going to the World Series, but we know we left it all out on the field.  I am leaning towards majoring in either Finance, Physics or Engineering.
