2022 Spotlight Personal Statement
I am very interested in the recent Green Movement, I intend to study environmental science and sustainability or a related major. I currently have a 97.8 average overall, and have achieved high honor roll in every marking period since middle school. This academic competitive drive is also what pushes me to excel in softball. I am a slapper, this transition was somewhat easier for me than most as I have been a switch hitter since I started softball. I have now fully made the switch the slapping and hitting for power on the left side. I also received 2nd team all-league honors in the SCAC league as a freshman. I was unable to compete in my current sophmore season for school, as I am still recovering from ACL reconstruction surgery. I am currently playing primarily centerfield as I continue to come back to 100%.
