Grace Antener '25 Recruiting Profile

Progress, not perfection. That has always been my moto. I have been playing since I was 8 years old and have always had a great time playing the sport. Every time I step onto the field I always have a smile on my face. I play for Long Island Shockwave 14u. My primary positions are catcher and shortstop but am very flexible in playing any other position that my team may need. Softball has taught me many life lesson that I am able to incorporate into my everyday life. Things like to always give at least 100% whenever I can on and off the field and to put in work even though no one is watching. I study hard and am very organized with my school work. I am very excited to have the chance to continue my softball journey in college.
