I've been playing softball since I was five years old. I've always loved the competition, and the drive to wanna be better. I first realized I was meant to play college softball my freshman year of high school.
When it comes to softball I consider myself as a leader. I'm a strong player who understands the game, and is willing to listen to my coaches and my teammates for advice. I work hard in the offseason to improve every aspect of myself as a player and, to be ready to perform at my best in the spring and summer. I try to lead by example while also encouroging and supporting both my team and teammates.
In school I am a hard workers and maintain a high GPA. I love being involved with my school. I am a member of LINK, and I am treasurer of my class. I have been a starter on my high schools varsity softball team since my freshman year, and received awards such as rookie of the year, second team ECIC (freshman year) and team MVP, first team ECIC (junior year)
I want to attend a college where I can further my education into nursing, and contiue my softball career. Playing softball in the future has always played a big role in my life simply because of all the opportunities it has given me. Softball has given me a countless number of friends, and has given me the opportunity to travel to places I never knew it would take me.
I am open to all options to help me find the best college to be successful, and the best competition level of play for softball. I wish to be nothing but successful in my future, and I hope to one day give back to the game that has given so much to me.
