Hello Coaches!
My Name is Aliviah Pendell, I am a Senior at Marathon High School in Marathon, New York. I maintain a GPA of 3.7. I play on a travel team for Cortland County Passion where I am a utility player and would like to pursue my dreams of being a college athlete.
At college, I plan to major in psychology to pursue my dream of helping others through their lives as life can have some bumps along the way. After I recieve my degree I plan to get a job at a local school district and eventually open up my own business so not just students but adults can have someone they need to talk to when going through tough times. I would also like to coach softball in my spare time to help other kids find a love for the sport just like I did when I was their age.
I have been playing softball for 10 years and ever since I stepped in the dirt, I have aspired to play this sport and never to give up. To never lose my abilities to play this sport, my travel ball season is year-round, we play in tournaments and showcase in the fall and summertime, and during the wintertime, we use an indoor facility to work and learn new skills.
I would love to attend a college where I can push myself in the classrooms and on the softball field. I am open to all options in New York and along the East Coast and find the right college to pursue my dreams. But most of all, I want to make my parents, family and former coaches proud.
