Kaylee Armida '19 Recruiting Profile

I am a captain and a true leader, with tremendous work ethic. I was selected as this seasons Offensive MVP for my school, with a .431 batting average! I also just finished my summer ball season, and finished leading the team in:  Batting Average up with a .485, Hits, Runs Scored, Stolen Bases and Doubles! At our end of season banquet I won the Energy Player of the Year, Offensive Player of the Year, and Invader of the Year (Player of the Year).

I have a strong will for success and hope to continue playing softball during college. It would be a dream come true to play for a team in college, to be a part of what makes the college experience so fantastic. I am looking to find the best fitting school for me academically, athletically, and financially. I would like to help a softball team win championships because I love to play and love the feeling of competition and victory.  I have been playing softball since I was 7 years old, and it has been due to my hard work and dedication both on and off the field; practicing 7 days a week, as well as strength and conditioning 2 days a week that has lead me to become the successful student athlete that I am today.  After college, I want to have a successful career as an elementary school teacher, as well as coach softball to pass on the knowledge of this great game.
