Personal Statement

I started playing softball when I was 4. My mom wanted me and my sister to play because she played when she was little.

I shocked my mom when I was 8 and told her I wanted to be a pitcher. I started taking lessons and loved it.

My mom is always nervous when I pitch, but not me. I love the sport and want to win.

It is my desire to play in college. I would like to study sports medicine, or physical therapist. I just know I want to play college softball.

Being part of a team and competing at a high level, there is no better rush.
