Sophie Jamison '26 Recruiting Profile

My college career goal is to complete my education, in the cardiology, with a specific emphasis on pediatrics.  Playing softball for my school, while earning that degree, would complete my dream collegiate experience.  

I am a versatile player that can cover a lot of ground, typically in the infield, and have pitched quality innings on the mound. I am also perfectly comfortable in the outfield as well.  My coach is big on making sure we are all well-rounded not only on the field but also off the field. We have three main goals as a team; compete (always be a competitor), effort (give all your effort every game) , and play with heart (give everything you have every game and leave it all out on the field).

Since the moment I picked up a ball, my parents have instilled in me the importance of maintaining a good attitude and full effort.  Most importantly however, throughout my athletic career I have maintained a solid GPA, which is currently a 3.97.
