Autumn Dickey '15 Recruiting Profile

Hello!

    My name is Autumn Dickey and I'm a senior at Anthony Wayne High School located in Toledo, Ohio. My main goal in college is to be the most successful student and athlete I can be. Academics wise, I haven't always been the best student when it comes to grades, but this year I've finally realized my education is the most important part of my future. My grades are improving more and more every day. As for softball, I've been playing for a little over 12 years and I can easily say it is my passion. It has been my dream all my life to play competitive softball in college. My primary position is shortstop, but what makes me different from a lot of other recruits is I am very reversible. As I said before, I have been playing for over 12 years so I have played every position on the field. I am comfortable at any position, except pitching and catching. Over the past few years, I have been hitting Right View Pro, and I believe it has made me a very successful hitter. I am a four year varsity player and ended my junior year with a .380 batting average and was also awarded 2nd team all District Shortstop.
