Madelyn McInnes '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Madelyn McInnes, I am currently a student at A.N. Myer Secondary School in Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada and I am graduating in 2019. I am a pitcher, and my secondary position are first base and outfield. My coaches describe me as a power hitter with quick hands. I am generally reviewed as one of the faster pitchers in my area hitting speeds of 60 miles per hour. Although I am fast, I also pride myself on my spins.  I believe that practice makes perfect and I am truly convinced that work ethic and focus during practice are top priorities.  All of my softball experience comes from club softball in Ontario and Western New York due to not having school softball teams in Ontario. Playing college softball is a goal I have been working hard to achieve and look forward to the next step in my academic and athletic journey.
