I am a 2018 graduate from Carbondale Area who would love to play softball at a Collegiate level. This season, I will be playing my 9th season of softball at a recreational level, 4th season at a travel level, and my 2nd season as a varsity starter for my high school team. This summer I will be playing my first season for the Electric City Shock out of Scranton, PA coached by Jim Leppo. My primary position is a left-handed pitcher. Being left-handed, I also play first base and occasionally the outfield. I tend to be a leader on every team I play for and I see that as a very important quality when looking to achieve success. I am also very motivated, hard-working, and positive both on and off of the field. Throughout my high school career, I have maintained a 4.0 GPA taking all honors classes, and participating in multiple clubs, as well as holding the title of sophomore class president. My goal is to attend a college that would like to offer me a position on their team as well as be able to major in Psychology while I am there. I am hoping to find a school that will allow me to achieve both my academic and athletic goals as a student.
