Rebecca Shuler '24 Recruiting Profile

I am a hard-working slapper and Outfielder/Middle Infielder.  I love to play and I love to train.  Since I typically bat first or second in the lineup for my school and club teams, I've enjoyed having the opportunity to spark our offense and be a leader on and off the field.  I'm so excited to continue developing my slap-hitting (I took on left-handed hitting going into the spring 2021 season and have been slapping and swinging lefty ever since!), and making the most of my baserunning and situational offense.  In my "free time" I've enjoyed being an umpire for the local youth softball league and began giving individual skills lessons this spring!  Getting to see younger players learning and succeeding as they develop is especially fulfilling.   I look forward to continuing to get to play softball with others who want to compete, learn, and love the game!
