Dear Coach,
I would like to start this off by thanking you for taking the time to view my profile. Before I started playing softball I danced for 11 years, for the most part this is where I was taught discipline, how to work as a team, to always try my hardest and most importantly, to never give up. It was a highly competitive environment, so at a very young age I quickly learnt the importance of commitment and time management. When I was 8 years old, I started playing baseball at the AA and AAA level. Being on a team with a bunch of boys always made me feel like the odd one out, but it also drove me to work harder and train more. In grade 9, I made the decision to go to Martin Collegiate for the softball academy. One of the teachers had said that I would have no problem adjusting and fit in right away, that year my club team got 2nd place in cities. The following year I made the u16 High Performance team and went to Oklahoma to play as Team Saskatchewan South, got 1st place in a tournament and 3rd in provincials. Overall, I would like to think of myself as a hardworking, dedicated, and driven athlete.
I would like to one day attain my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree. I need a school that will not only help me become the best version of myself of the field, but as well in the classroom and work field.
