Personal Statement

My name is Halle Scheel.  I'm a 2024 graduate at Brenham High School playing both basketball and softball.  I plan to play both sports all 4 years!! I made varsity for both sports my freshman year.  I am lucky my high school works well with multi-sport athletes.  I am currently the point guard for the basketball team.  I play outfield and middle infield, I'm a lefty slapper with power, short game and speed.  I am also smart on the base paths!

I am interested in studying Criminal Justice in college with dreams of becoming a Game Warden.

Both basketball and softball have been a big part of my life.  I play both sports for the fun, but my ultimate goal is to play softball in college.  Or be able to play both in college.  

I would be a huge asset to any team.  I will put in any extra work needed to help the team.  My commitment level for academics and sports is one-of-a-kind!  The team always comes first and I will do whatever it takes to help the team.
