Kaitlyn Rodriguez '16 Recruiting Profile

My chosen field of study in college is medicine as I want to be a marine biologist and veterinarian.  I enjoy writing and have already had my poems chosen to be in the first book, Reign of Dreamers 2014,  Poetry & Art Anthology produced by Donna North High School.  I love being active and sports gives me the avenue by which I can interact with others while being competitive and hopefully be part of a winning team for whichever school I attend.

I can't say I am better than other recruits but I can say I am competitive, I am a hard worker in both my sports and academics, I'm not a quitter i don't give up no matter the odds are.  I strive to be in the upper percentile academically and work daily at balancing my academics and sports, both which are important to me. I always give a 100% and or more in everything I do, if I don't get it right the first i keep trying until I get it right.
