Personal Statement

I'd like to go to college for nursing, perhaps to be a Nursing Practitioner. I consider myself very good at the sport of softball and I've been told I'm softball smart. My primary position is catcher but I play just about anywhere and I am comfortable at multiple positions. I'm a freshman at North Forney High School (Forney, TX). So far my grades have been that of A's & B's. I'm also in my first season with the Texas Bombers Organization on their 14U Gold/National Team.

This showcase was very cool. I played a game Friday night that was coached by SFA against UT Tyler. I caught the 1st two innings and hit a shot to CF my first and only at bat that night. Saturday morning we played 3 games back to back to back and in between those games I went to a camp hosted by Jen Schroeder. She was very nice and the camp was awesome! During the 3 games Saturday morning we got to see a bunch of college coaches watching our games. It was a very good weekend!

This camp was an all-skills camp that lasted 3 days. I had a blast and learned a lot about what it takes to be a college softball player including living the life of a college softball player in some of their dorms!

SURF CITY EARLY THANKSGIVING SHOWCASE

This showcase was really fun. I've never been to California so that very cool. My team and I got a chance to play in front of several college coaches and we got a chance to play some very good teams that gave us a good challenge.
