ariana moreno '14 Recruiting Profile

Greetings coaches and others, my name is Ariana Moreno. I started my obsession for softball at age 8, and within a month and i was awarded MVP for that team with my hard work and love for the sport. From there i grew up with a extensive amount of responsibilities for myself including AP classes, Varsity Choir, Community Acting, Community service, College visits, but the one thing that wouldn't let me sleep was my love for Softball and where i would be emitted to play during college. I have been awarded MVP for the S.A.Y.S tournament, and best defensive player for my high school team in 2013 as well as many other awards. I know for a fact that being turned down or losing is a hard thing to face as a young adult, but what is most important is keeping your head up and never backing down just because of a few bumps in the road! I have been training all my life to play college softball and it never leaves my mind! I want to cry and get dirt in my hair with my future college team! Even now, i can imagine how much they would matter to me, and how much i would sacrifice for them while on the field. Let the games begin.
