Hello, I’m Daryn Schutz, a student-athlete graduating in 2026. Athletically, I’m always working hard to improve at every practice, camp, or showcase I attend. I am coachable and appreciate feedback—it helps me know what to focus on. I utilize the weight room and any workouts to get me stronger and faster on the field. I leave all my effort on the field and never give up during a game. I also never give up on my teammates. Making sure their spirits are always high and they are giving their all in everything we do. Juggling softball and nursing is going to be tough, but I’m determined and believe I have the strength and mindset to achieve my goals. Academically, I value my grades and perceive everything in the classroom. My perseverance, determination, and communication helped me succeed in balancing athletics and scholastics before and I know it won't abandon me in college.
