Michelle Arimura '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Michelle Arimura, I am a prospective 2025 graduate from Seattle, WA that plays 3rd base, 2nd Base, OF. Over the 7 years playing select Softball, I've developed and gained knowledge in many different positions, I feel that I am a combination of power, agility, coordination, work ethics and determination and that is what make me the strong athlete and a good asset for your team.

One of my goals is to continue playing the sport at the highest level while I have the opportunity to have an education and earn a degree, learn more to expand my passion for the game and a real-life skills. 

Some things I enjoy doing outside of softball, is playing volleyball, I also help at youth baseball/ softball camps in our local community and participate in a heritage club where we enrich local services, building a community, embrace needs and nurture each other. 

One of my biggest supporters are my parents. They devoted their time to my process and help me grow as a player and a person.

Being an athlete made me better in so many areas of my life, it helped me understand that I need to take chances in life and to go after what I want because if don’t then I could’ve missed out on a good opportunity, if I want to success in a certain area I need to put the work in, sometimes is hard and not easy , but discipline, focus determination, persistence and hard work get you where you want to be.
