Riley Meyers '26 Recruiting Profile

 My name is Riley, I am a Senior (2026) at Sumner HS in Sumner, WA. I have played club softball for WA Acers since I was 9yrs old only leaving one year to follow my team before returning to my "home club" a year later and joining the WA Acers 18 Gold Anderton team for the past 2 years. For my final senior club season, I had to make a difficult decision to step away from my long-time club. I recently joined the NW Bullets 18U Nicholson/Qualls team, and I look forward to making just as much of an impact on this team as I have with the Acers. I am 3-year starter and varsity softball letter holder. I play all positions in the outfield but primarily play center. The feeling of catching a fly ball is about the best thing on earth! I'm a power hitter, fast and not afraid to get dirty. I am a dedicated hard-working athlete and always up for a challenge. Some of my best moments on the field have been under high pressure situations. I have been told by coaches that they like how easy it is to coach me. Outside of softball I help coach a 14U Acers team and I am a student coach at our local middle school.  I enjoy working out and doing things with my family and friends. My educational interests are learning towards earning my degree in exercise science/kinesiology or similar degree program and then attend nursing school in the future to become a Registered Nurse.
