Elizabeth Soter '16 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Elizabeth, and playing college softball is one of my biggest goals at this point in my life. I am a good candidate for your team because I work hard on and off the field. This year however, has been a difficult year for me. On December 18, 2014, I tore my ACL, and on February 12, 2015, I had reconstructive surgery to repair the damage. I have been working hard in rehab, and am progressing more rapidly than was expected. Through all of this, I have continued attending all of my teams' practices and games and have done as much for my teammates as I can, including running extra batting practice for the underclassmen. I strive to be a good role model for my younger teammates, and the younger athletes in the community. All of the teams that I have been a part of have become family to me, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I believe that all of these factors make me a good candidate for your team, and I hope that you will think so too!
