Morgan Calhoun '25 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I was just 8 years old, softball has been my love. I knew that I wanted to be the best I could possibly be, so for the past seven years, I have been working as hard as I can to become a great player. 

Some of my most valuable traits are my willingness to learn, my ability to lead, and my hard-working nature. Physically, my assets include my smart base-running skills, my strong overhand throwing speed of 65-68 MPH, and my ability to consistently put the bat on the ball. 

I definitely focus on finding a good balance between school and sports. I am a straight-A honors student and I make sure to finish my schoolwork on time while still putting lots of practice and effort into softball.

I am looking forward to the upcoming seasons and looking forward to continuing to grow as a player.
