Lilly Olson '19 Recruiting Profile

As a college student and hopefully athlete one of my biggest goals is to make my school proud. Wether it's with my work in the classroom, on the field, or service I always push myself to be the best version I can be. I am a good candidate for a team because I am a great team player. I understand that their is no I in team. I work to make myself better as well as others around me. I am very coachable and am always open to suggestions on what could make my team or myself better. The difference between me and other recruiters is my determination. Growing up my older brother always had a huge impact on how successful I was. I always went to his practices and played with the boys. So of course, I had to develop thick skin.
