Nikolynn Johnson '27 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches! I'm Nikolynn Johnson-but everyone calls me Niki- a 2027 graduate from Slinger High School in Wisconsin. I started varsity softball as a freshman and sophmore playing centerfield and batting 6th. My dream is to play softball at the highest level possible. My primary position is centerfield, where my speed shines, but I'm always ready to play wherever needed to support my team. 

I’m committed to improving, always putting in extra effort whether it’s working on my swing, fielding, or speed. I train with the varsity track team in the off-season to boost my speed for softball. I give 100% in everything, both athletically and academically.

As one of the youngest on my team, I strive to keep the energy positive and help my teammates improve, whether through advice or encouragement. I take pride in supporting my team by celebrating their successes. 

Academically, I maintain a 3.62 GPA, taking advanced classes like Algebra 2, AP U.S. History, Sociology, and Biomed. Next year I have 3 AP classes lined up - APgov, APLANG, and AP Psycology. I aim for the honor roll and always seek opportunities to improve my grades and understanding of the material.

Besides softball, I’m a sprinter and mid-distance runner on my high school's varsity track team with times of 27.01 in the 200m and 1:01 in the 400m. I’m known for my positive energy and love for celebrating my teammates’ achievements.
