Personal Statement

My dream is to play college softball. Softball is my entire life. I spend my summers playing with my travel team, and my falls, winters, and springs practicing practicing practicing! I will do WHATEVER it takes to reach my goal and make my dreams come true. I am hard-working, determined, and committed to becoming the best softball player, student, and person I can be. My biggest accomplishments this year : 65 Mph Fastball * Leg press 565lbs * Home to first - 2.8 * Summer Batting Average .518 * State Champions * My best pitches are screw ball and knuckle change

  • This is a newly formed team. We are an affiliate of the Illinois Sparks
  • 2014 Wisconsin Twisters (16u)
  • We won the Racine Belles Tune-up tournament in June, finished 3rd in WI Class "A" ASA State tournament, finished 3rd in USSSA State with only 8 players, and finished 17th at the ASA Northern Nationals. At nationals, our other pitcher broke her thumb in the 2nd pool game, so I had to pitch every bracket game (5 games) including 3 in one day. I also subbed for another travel team on a weekend that they had no pitchers. I pitched all 8 games including 4 on the last day. The last 3 games of the day I pitched shutouts and we ended up winning the tournament. I had to be a real workhorse this year and I wouldn't have it any other way.
  • 2013 Wisconsin Twisters (16u)
  • State Champions! I pitched every bracket game of the tournament, with 3 shutouts, including one in the championship game, and struck out 63 out of the 126 outs.
  • 2012 Wisconsin Twisters (14u)
  • This year there were 2 pitchers on my team, me and my friend Jaclyn. My team won 2 championships, and got 2nd place in a tournament. Only 5 girls came back this year from 2011, so we basically had a whole new team. I absolutely LOVE my team! We are all best friends and I love them all so much. After the season this year, only one girl left so in 2013 I'll have my whole team back and I'm so excited!
  • 2011 Wisconsin Twisters (14u)
  • This year I was part of a 5 pitcher rotation where coach took us out after 9 batters and put the next girl in, but I often came in to save games. None of us were happy with the rotation situation, and after the season 4 out of the 5 pitchers left but I decided to stay because coach said told me I would be the #1 pitcher going into the next year.

  • This was my first year of travel ball. We only had 2 pitchers that season.
