Kaley (KK) McEwen '25 Recruiting Profile

I am an upcoming freshman at Athens High School.  I would like to pursue a degree in nursing after high school.  I also love the game of basketball.  It is a big part of who I am.  I have played basketball since I was five years old.  I have also played travel softball, AAU basketball, and volleyball.  I gave up softball to concentrate on my love of basketball.  I am currently playing basketball and volleyball for my school and I play for the Alabama Southern Starz basketball club during AAU season.  I still work hard every day to be better than I was yesterday.  I don't mind hard work, in fact, I thrive on it.  I think it takes hard work and determination to be the best.  I have a dream of one day playing college basketball.  If given that opportunity, I would play in a way that would glorify God, my parents, my coaches, my team, and myself.
