Miara Knight '24 Recruiting Profile

I fell in love with basketball at the age of five. I love the competitiveness of the game. I'm dedicated, responsible, respectful, and coach able. I am also privileged to play on varsity since the 9th grade and named team captain the last two years. I always want to get better by putting in the work, trying to better myself, and working harder than everyone else. Academically I maintain a 4.3 GPA in school. My strengths on the court include defense, seeing the whole floor, shot creating, and play making. I love getting my teammates involved because basketball is team sport. My goals and aspirations are to prove that size doesn't matter, if you put in effort and show everyone what you can do. I hope to one day win multiple championships in college and play in the WNBA.
