Sierra Martin '19 Recruiting Profile

Greetings! My name is Sierra Martin and I am a 2019 5’6” point guard from Skyline High School 6A Division Varsity Girls Basketball team in Mesa, Arizona. I currently have a 3.0 GPA and my SAT score is a 1090, I will be taking the SAT test again on March 9th. I have completed my fourth year with Skyline High School Varsity Girls Basketball team. I will definitely cherish the memories I have made with my fellow teammates, and will always be grateful for my coaches who have helped me become a better basketball player and leader. My leadership lead me recognition as one of Skyline High School’s Legacy of Excellence Student Athletes for my following accomplishments throughout my four years with Skyline High School Varsity Girls Basketball team:

2018-2019 Basketball Season:

• Awarded All Tourney in Vegas Holiday Classic Invitational Tournament
•     Awarded East Valley Region First Team All-Region
•   Made basketball history at Skyline High School for being the first basketball player to ever receive First Team All-Region for 2 years in a row
• Awarded “Most Valuable Player” for Skyline High School Varsity Girls Basketball
• Selected to play for the Black Team in the Inter-Tribal All-Star game on March 23, 2019

2017-2018 Basketball Season:

• Captain of my varsity team
• Awarded East Valley Region Offensive Player of the Year
• Awarded East Valley Region First Team All-Region
• Awarded “Most Valuable Player” for Skyline High School Varsity Girls Basketball
• Made basketball history at Skyline High School for being the first basketball player to ever receive First Team All-Region and Offensive Player of the Year in their 6A Division.

2016-2017 Basketball Season:

• East Valley Region Honorable Mention
