imneet jat '19 Recruiting Profile

    Thank you for taking the time and reading through my profile. My full name is Imneet Kaur Jat. Currently I am enrolled in grade 11 at Khalsa Secondary School, located in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. I have been playing Basketball since I was eleven years old. I am in a smaller school that only became a secondary school in 2014. I have been a starter on the Senior girls Basketball team since I was in grade 9.

     I work hard daily to become a better player, and I think that I will become the best player by the end of this season. I am training daily with my school on my fitness, skills, and also psychology. I am a defensive specialist know for hard work and boxing out. I don't like to think that anyone on my team or playing against me will outwork or out hustle me. I play much bigger than my size and I have an intensity on the floor that is unsurpassed.

     I have some goals that I'd like to to share with prospective schools and coaches;

- Graduate with honors from High School

- Garner a full ride academic/athletic (basketball) scholarship

- Graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree from a US University

- pursue a career in Phlebotomy
