In college, I intend on primarily focusing on my education as well earning a bachelors degree in Sports Medicine in 4 years. Being a student athlete means performing well in the class room as well as on the court. In college I intend to take these attributes I already have and continuing to improve as a student and possibly as an athlete as well. Being a member of a team in college is a dream of mine because I love the family feel being on a team gives me as well as the learning and leadership experiences. As a player I bring many positive attributes to the team, however progressing to the next level of athletics would allow me to continue making improvements as a player. I am a player that put my teams best interests first as well as being the type of player that responds well to adverse situations and constructive criticism. As a player I am very hard working and dedicated to becoming better every day regardless of the situation, practice or games. I believe that my work ethic in the class room, outside the class room, and on the courts defines who i am and separates me from others. My studies are important to me in defining my future and over-all success, however, some may feel that balancing athletics and academics is difficult but I believe it is the reason why I have developed a successful work ethic as a student athlete. My competitive spirit and desire to succeed is a strong attribute of mine and I would love to bring what I have to offer to the next level and compete in collegiate athletics and continue to develop my skills as a player.
