2020 SpotlightBasketball has been a big part of my life, the game just brings me happiness and has made me a better person. I’m willing to make myself and my teammates better through hard work. Not only am I willing to work hard on the court I’ll work even harder in the class room.
This is an article written about my performance against 9th ranked Denver East . Article is on Prep Hoops written by Ryan Wesley.

Madison Manson (2021 5’11” Center/Forward) of Arvada West is a complete basketball player. Prep Girl Hoops has her ranked 57th in her class in the state, but she is making a strong argument for her name to climb that ladder. As soon as she steps onto the court, you can tell that a switch flips for her. She gets locked in on her full go setting and does not stop until the final buzzer. Madison is a true leader who garners her team’s respect for her actions on the court. She is also a vocal leader who commands and encourages her teammates. She is a great power player who can control the paint with her size and strength. Defensively, Madison is a force that gives very little room for her opponents. Her ability to box out is incredible, absolutely dominant. She has a great vision which allows her to create scoring opportunities for her teammates. Not only did Madison lead her team in points, but she also scored a game-high 15 points while making seven of her nine free-throw attempts. It should come as no surprise that Madison Manson was named MaxPreps Player of the Game.
