Personal Statement
I fell in love with the game at a very young age. My first time playing with my team solidified my love for the game. I knew from that moment on there was nothing else I'd rather do than to play. I know playing at the collegiate level is an unique opportunity and privilege. I would love to attend a college where I can be pushed and challenged as an athlete as well as a student. I'm open to all options that will aid me in this process.
I lead by example and I'm very vocal whether on the floor or on the bench cheering my teammates on. I am a very coachable, athletic player, that can play on both sides of the ball. I have soft hands and a high basketball IQ. My floor vision is another skill that helps me improve my IQ. I always want to be the hardest working player on the court at all times, and I'm sure I'll be one of the hardest working recruits you'll come across.
I study hard and get extra help when needed, in order to maintain my grades. I also volunteer with many different programs such as Special Olympics, BPA, and various volunteer projects through the Air Force Base Youth Center Programs. I hope to be a good teammate, leader, and make my family proud of me.
