I am a 5’11” Shooting Guard in the class of 2021 at Bishop John J. Snyder in Jacksonville, Florida. I have had a ball in my hand since I was 5 years old and I feel most comfortable on the basketball court. My biggest assets are my 3-point shooting accuracy, near perfect free-throw percentage & my ability to score under pressure. I have played on the Varsity team since Freshman year, scoring roughly 70% of the teams offense, winning multiple MVP awards.
In the off-season, I work hard with a personal trainer 3 days a week. I watch Women’s College games to increase my basketball IQ and I also train with my personal shooting coach 2-3 days a week. My collegiate goal is to play for a competitive Women’s Basketball team and to continue to learn & grow in the sport. My academic goal is to major in Psychology or Sports Medicine.
Thank you for taking the time to read my Personal Statement.
