I love basketball. Basketball is my go-to. Whenever I am happy, sad, or angry, I know that basketball is always there. It is something that gives me serenity. I know there is always something to improve on in basketball daily, and I work at it. My goal is to be better every day than I was the previous day. I love to work hard. I want to earn my dreams and goals. Nothing is given; everything is earned. That's my motto. Many people give me the nickname Larry Bird because of the way I shoot. People also refer to me as a midrange specialist "hince the Larry Bird reference". I can shoot from anywhere in the midrange area, and it really is my specialty. I have really good grades. I take honor classes and dual enrollment classes. I am a very easy person to work with, and I strive to do my best in everything I do. I always encourage my teammates when they are struggling and applaud them when they play well. I've won. I've lost. Winning is better, but playing and improving is what I want to do, no matter the outcome. I am a girl with a dream of playing college basketball.
