Kelsey Roberts '16 Recruiting Profile

I am currently fifteen years old going into playing my third year of basketball. Starting to play in 8th grade ,Being I never played the sport, when I tried out for my eighth grade team I made it because of my height of 6'1" at the time. My height now is 6'2" and I have come a long way. I was recognized by my coach as the "most improved player". I will keep getting better and working at my game everyday to obtain the skills that scouts are looking for, in the classroom as well as on the court. My dream is to get an athletic scholarships for playing basketball in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and California. I am willing to do whatever it takes going further into my basketball career. I was recently recruited last summer to my AAU club team, Leigh Valley Heat. In the short time I have been with them I saw a lot of success as we just won the Charm City tournament in Maryland. I plan to take AP/Honors classes in my high school career. The dream is to be recruited and I will not stop working hard to achieve it and even after it is achieved.
