Jada Stansberry '22 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to get a good education which will prepare me to be successful. Playing college basketball is something I’ve always wanted to be apart of my college experience. Throughout the years of playing in high school I’ve focused on learning and knowing my role. I can drive to the basket and run the floor, but getting my teammates open shots, playing unselfish, and being a team player is a big passion of mine. My defense has always been a huge part of my game, I’m very aggressive with quick hands and feet which leads to many steals. Being a pest on defense has allowed me to be a game changer. The biggest set back to others may be my size, but I’ve never let it phase me and I find ways to use it to my advantage and push myself to become better. I look forward to the opportunity to continue playing the game I love and working hard on the court and in the classroom.
